Travel reimbursement funds are available to students for presenting student research at regional or national scientific meetings.

Terms & Conditions

1) We allow students to submit travel stipend requests for conferences via the website form below throughout the school year.

2) Students are only allowed one travel award over the course of their 4 year medical school term.

3) The maximum amount provided for a travel award is $500.

4) Awards will be given at the discretion of the parents club.

5) Awards may be discontinued in a calendar year if funds are not available.

6) Only students who are presenting or speaking are eligible for funds.
